Leeds and District Amalgamated Society of Anglers

How would you like to be part of one of the largest angling associations in  England?

Leeds and District ASA now boasts over 2500 members, and over 200 affiliated clubs. We are proud to offer over 30 river venues, 13 lakes, 6 lengths of canal totalling 20 miles, a lively social club  which is C&IU affiliated, a busy match program over 35 weekends per year.

We own, or part-own, 18 venues, including the popular Catterick complex which is a country park consisting of 4 lakes and 1.5 miles of the upper river Swale, set in 72 acres of parkland. We allow night fishing on 3 venues. Many of our venues are permanently available for pleasure anglers, venues which are match-fished can be checked for availability at our booking office. Our waters offer some of the best fishing in Yorkshire, from fly fishing through to coarse and carp fishing.

We also host a strong junior section who are renowned for their success at national level and always welcome new junior anglers. Our juniors are supervised on all their fishing matches.

Interested? Then please contact our membership office, or browse our website, where you will find further details.
